Art direction for 140 Degrés, , a concept that reimagines the traditional Belgian fritkot through the vision of Michelin-starred chef Mallory Gabsi, bringing Belgian street food culture to Paris, with Laura Benocci as creative strategist.
I led the brand identity and the visual direction for the interior, defining references for architecture, materials, finishes and décor. Drawing on traditional Belgian fritkots and Belgian Art Deco, the goal was a cohesive visual language that connects the brand seamlessly with the physical space.
